Making the Money Work

To fund the construction of the new venue and its future operations, Clarksville Arts & Culture is embarking on a campaign to raise $40,000,000. Those funds will be utilized in three areas: direct construction costs and establishing a traditional and quasi endowment

Short Term Success

Long Term Sustainability

By establishing both a $10,000,000 Traditional Endowment and a $10,000,000 Quasi-Endowment, the Center will have the cash-flow up front needed to service annual debt payments and ramp up revenues needed for operations while establishing long-term resources to fund the organization in perpetuity
